From a performance perspective training often has a positive impact, from a compliance perspective the FCA T&C scheme expects regulated businesses to provide regular training to all staff.

Yes, Catalyst are approved by the Finance & Leasing Association as SAF Equivalent, meaning the SAF Certification can be completed and awarded through using the platform

Yes, if you choose to complete the SAF Certification via the Catalyst platform, we will inform the FLA of you SAF Approved status once the relevant courses have been completed and the SAF Expert and SAF Approved Certificates can be provided by Catalyst.

The Catalyst platform will provide regular reports to show which modules have been completed by your team.

Catalyst should be informed and access will be suspended.

Modules are reviewed frequently to ensure the content is relevant and up to date, new modules are also released frequently.

The monthly subscription is collected by Direct Debit and administered through GoCardless.

Each module is designed to be delivered in short, sharp sessions using animation to entertain, and inform. They can be completed at the individuals own pace and can be accessed via phone as well as PCs and tablets.

Reporting is provided on a monthly basis and shows activity and modules that have been completed. 

The modules available can be tailored depending on the position of the learner.

All the mandatory compliance and conduct rules training plus soft skills performance-based training along with modules on management, leadership and wellbeing.

Currently the FCA do not approve any training providers within any industry, however it is a requirement for regulated businesses to provide regular training to employees in line with the FCA’s training and competence scheme.
